Anyone who questions whether or not people in sobriety have fun on New Year’s Eve, should have witnessed the groove-busting moves that went down on the dance floor at Austin’s Northland Clubhouse Annual Party. BRC Recovery residents enjoyed a DJ, good friends and much laughter. We ended the evening with a special meeting to ring in the new year. With full hearts and tired bodies, we returned to Manor knowing that a life of sobriety gives us the freedom to have fun–and dance–as our most authentic selves. Happy 2013!
