Counselors
Counselors are responsible for conducting screening, assessment, treatment planning, counseling, multidisciplinary treatment team consultation, and coordination of recovery program services. Counselors motivate clients to participate in their therapeutic programs actively, facilitate implementation, presentation, evaluation, and revision of treatment plans, and facilitate and present educational programs to clients.
RCA
The Resident Care Associate (RCA) is responsible for monitoring and maintaining the daily activity of residents. This position works closely with the RCA Lead to ensure residents are in compliance with all expectations and requirements of their daily routine as residents of BRC Recovery.Staff Nurse
The RN provides all clients of BRC/Makana Path Facilities with proper nursing care. The RN is responsible for carrying out daily nursing tasks and ensuring the safety of all clients and works with other departments in other areas of the facility to provide nursing assistance when needed. The RN provides direct nursing care and administers medications and any other duties assigned. This position will work with the Director of Nursing and Medical Staff to support the recovery process and ensure safety and high-quality medical care for all clients of BRC/Makana Path Facility.
